This is a full-time position for someone looking to work on exciting projects, surrounded by a helpful and friendly team, where they can be creative and grow. We are looking for an autonomous learner, with a solution-oriented mindset and energy to do creative work. As part of the creative team, you would report directly to the Creative Lead. You would gain experience with working in a fast-paced, creative environment, and sharp insight into the mechanisms of retail, customer experience, brand activations, and integrated marketing.

Your responsibilities

-> Provide conceptual design, design development and production drawings of interior and retail projects; Produce space plans for retail stores, commercial spots, trade fair stands, pop-up stores, or furniture plans

-> Develop presentation documentation, detailed specifications and construction documentation

-> Design, execute and implement creative ideas together with your team

-> Incorporate sustainable design measures as applicable; Provide solutions to design problems and generate design alternatives, ensuring the quality of your proposals

-> Work closely with the client and the project managers to answer briefs creatively and ensure clear, thorough communication

-> Provide technical design support to projects under construction, when required

-> Bridge function with aesthetics using a human-centred approach to your work

Your skills and #power

-> You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in architecture/ interior design or a design related field

-> You have at least 2-3 years professional experience in retail / brand / event / corporate / exhibition architecture

-> You have comprehensive experience in 2D/3D software including 3D programs, AutoCAD/ VectorWorks. A good knowledge of Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suit and MAC applications is required

-> Experience in Mixed-Use andMulti-Family projects

-> You have strong implementation skills, fast and creative thinking

-> You have advanced knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes

-> You are interested in brand communication through spatial design and understand its value for brands

-> You are keen on design innovations, digital solutions, sustainability and have a good intuition for trends

-> You are able to organise yourself, communicate clearly, consistently, and in a friendly manner. You havet he ability to work individually and as part of a team

-> You are eager to solve challenges and have a flexible mindset

-> Hand sketching is highly desirable

-> You have a good command of English and have good knowledge of German (min. B1)

-> High affinity for fashion, lifestyle, automotive, sports, and sustainability is a plus
