• Provide conceptual design, design development and production drawings of interior projects
• Produce space plans for retail stores, commercial spots, trade fair stands, pop-up stores, or furniture plans
• Develop presentation documentation, detailed specifications and construction documentation
• Design, execute and implement creative ideas together with your team in Berlin and by coordinating with teams in Mainz
• Incorporate sustainable design measures as applicable; Provide solutions to design problems and generate design alternatives, ensuring the quality of your proposals
• Work closely with the client and the project managers to answer briefs creatively and ensure clear, thorough communication
• Provide technical design support to projects under construction, when required
• Bridge function with aesthetics using a human-centered approach to your work

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in architecture or a design related field.
• You have at least 2-3 years professional experience in retail / brand / event / corporate / exhibition architecture.
• You have comprehensive experience in 2D/3D software including 3D Studio Max + V-Ray, AutoCAD/VectorWorks. A good knowledge of Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suit and MAC applications is required.
• Experience in Mixed-Use and Multi-Family projects
• You have strong implementation skills and are a fast and creative thinker
• You have advanced knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes
• You are interested in brand communication through spatial design and understand its value for brands
• You are keen on design innovations, digitalization, and have a good intuition for trends
• You are able to organise yourself, communicate clearly, consistently, and in a friendly manner. You have the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• You work autonomously, are reliable and enjoy working in a structured way.
• You are eager to solve challenges and have a flexible mindset.
• Hand sketching is highly desirable.
• You are comfortable in English and have good knowledge of German (min. B1).
• High affinity for fashion, lifestyle, automotive, sports, and sustainability is a plus.
