With a creative lab in Berlin and an execution hub in Mainz, we're able to take projects all the way from concept to launch and analysis.

This is a part-time position for someone who has a good understanding of the digital media landscape, several social media platforms, and is eager to spend a lot of time researching innovations, technology, trends, and industry updates. In this position, you would have to develop and manage content, come up with ideas that fit the PIONEERS ethos, values, and mission together with the Communications Manager.

You would gain experience with working in a creative environment and a sharp insight into the mechanisms of retail, customer experience, brand activations, and integrated marketing.

We are looking for someone to fill in this position as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

>  Create content for website, blog and social media

>  Research continuously about trends, innovations, new ideas and develop your own projects and campaigns

>  Assist with online outreach and promotion using Social Media

>  Perform keyword analysis

>  Communicate closely with the graphic design team and the project managers

> Assist project managers in the creative ideation, development of projects and research initiatives

> Create and mantain project documentation

Your skills and #power

> You have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or Social Studies

> You are available for a minimum of 6 months

> You ideally have some experience with social media and advertising

> You don’t get stuck, but  try to organize solutions

> You have a solid understanding of social media and are willing to learn autonomously

> You are creative and energetic, hard-working and team-oriented

> You have an inclination to work in a structured manner, independently or in teams

>  A great command of English and German (speaking, writing, understanding) is required, as you will have to develop content in both languages, assist with translations and communications in/from both languages
