This is a full-time/part-time position for someone with good knowledge of technical processes, such as woodwork, metalwork, print technology, and electrical engineering. We are looking for an autonomous learner with a solution-oriented mindset, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the energy to do good, focused work. 

We are looking for someone to fill in this position until as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

>  Ensure the feasibility of designs, develop construction plans, be mindful of details, plan and implement according to needs and requirements 

>  Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

>  Ensure that all projects run smoothly, are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget

>  Communicate carefully and efficiently with the client, other teams and stakeholders

>  Plan, implement, analyze, adjust and control projects according to the client and stakeholder requirements

>  Work in an autonomous manner, use and continually develop leadership skills

>  Develop technical solutions, implement retail tools

>  Manage project KPIs, monitor and track progress, write success reports

>  Research materials, techniques, tools, and new ideas/trends that are relevant for our work and projects 

Your skills and #power

>  Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, like Architecture, Constructions or similar, with a minimum of 2 years working experience in the field or a minimum of 2 years professional training(e.g., technical draft, technical product design, carpeting or something similar)

>  You have advanced knowledge of production processes such as printing and coating, advanced understanding of different materials, fabrics, unique installations

>  You can manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, reporting in a responsible and autonomous manner

>  You have solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

>  You have a strategic and solution-oriented mindset

>  You enjoy working in a structured way. You are team-oriented, will solve challenges together and always have a respectful approach

>  Flexibility and resilience define your working style  

>  You are computer savvy 

>  Yous peak German fluently and have a very good command of English

>  Experience in working with a standard CAD system is desirable

>  Technical/craft experience is desirable
