Creation and execution of the event by providing the concept for guest journey and show, handling guest management, market communication, content management and hospitality.
The Audi Twin Cup event series brings together teams from around the world to showcase their technical expertise and passion for performance. With 20 national teams competing in four intense disciplines, the competition was fierce and the stakes were high.
Since 2021 the annual event takes place over three days at the state-of-the-art Audi Campus at Munich Airport. Testing specially prepared vehicles, the competition is heated up with digitally-assisted customer consultations, where teams have to think on their feet and outsmart their opponents.
The event usually concludes with a spectacular gala show and awards ceremony in the specially converted venue, where the world champions are crowned in front of a capacity crowd. With interesting guest speakers, impressive performances and an electric atmosphere, it is sure to be a night to remember.
Our team led the creation and execution, guest journey, competition, guest management, market communications, content management and hospitality. We ensured that the event was a seamless and exciting experience for everyone involved.
