Conceptualise a pop-up in one of the "Kubus" spaces in the Ochsner Sport store in Zurich, Switzerland.

HOKA approached us with an exciting challenge: to conceptualize and execute a pop-up display in one of the “Kubus” spaces at the Ochsner Sport store in Zurich, Switzerland. The goal was to create an engaging and immersive experience that would showcase HOKA’s innovative footwear and align with their dynamic ‘Fly Human Fly’ brand campaign.

Drawing inspiration from HOKA’s energetic brand ethos, we designed a visually striking pop-up that highlighted 20 different HOKA shoes, categorized into “Road” and “Trail” segments. The design aimed to capture the essence of movement and performance, encouraging customers to explore the unique features of each shoe.

Our team managed the entire process, from production and logistics to the installation of the pop-up. The display was crafted to be both eye-catching and functional, ensuring it remained intact and appealing throughout its 6-week duration. To enhance the customer experience, we organized a treadmill challenge featuring Swiss triathlon icon Daniela Ryf. This interactive element allowed customers to test HOKA shoes in a dynamic setting and compete for a chance to win a brand-new pair of HOKA shoes. The challenge not only drew significant foot traffic but also created memorable brand interactions.

The HOKA pop-up was a resounding success, attracting numerous visitors and generating positive feedback. Customers appreciated the opportunity to engage with the brand in a unique and interactive way, reinforcing HOKA’s reputation for innovation and excellence in athletic footwear.
