VIAN 2024 - Mission Viantis

VIAN 2024 was PIONEERS’biggest project to date. We developed a dynamic concept and all the storytellingfor this corporate event.

Mission V invited over 2,000guests on an adventure to Viantis, an underwater world on a remote planet.

We took on all aspects ofproject management, as we orchestrated the entire guest journey andstorytelling, created a unique spatial, media and catering concept, and managedmultiple communication formats.

The experience also involved severalactivities in Stockholm, including a sightseeing tour to discover the beautyand history of the city.

The event culminated in a spectacular awardsceremony that honoured and celebrated the key players in Vorwerk’s Thermomixand Kobold brands. The highlight of the event was an outstanding performance bya top international artist who set the dance floor ablaze.
